The cupboard under a sink is where small plumbing problems hide until the base board swells. If yours is damp, sticky or smells musty, something has been leaking for a while.
Under-sink leaks are deceptive. Water runs along the underside of a basin, down the back of a cabinet and pools somewhere that has nothing to do with the failure. Replacing a trap because that is where the water is visible is how people end up calling twice.
We dry the cabinet, run every fitting under pressure, and identify exactly which joint, valve or line is failing before replacing anything. Then we check the cabinet base and subfloor, because a leak that has been quietly running for months has usually done damage worth knowing about.
Most calls turn up something else worth looking at. Here is what else we handle.
We find where it is actually coming from and fix it properly, not with tape.
