Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months, minus any services already delivered. We don't lock you in — we earn your loyalty by providing exceptional service.

Our standard plans cover one primary HVAC system. For homes with multiple systems (e.g., a furnace and a ductless heat pump), we offer multi-system pricing at a reduced rate. Contact us and we'll build a plan that makes sense for your home.

All AceComfort membership plans are fully transferable to the new homeowner. This is actually a great selling feature — having an active maintenance plan with a trusted HVAC company adds value and confidence for buyers.

Anytime! But if you want to get the most value, signing up in late summer ensures your AC tune-up is included before the season ends, and your fall heating inspection is scheduled well before the cold arrives. Early signup also gets priority placement on our schedule.
